Rock Advertising LLC operates rockadvertisingnh.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, contact us, send project materials, or book an appointment. Campaign services may also be governed by separate client and advertising-platform agreements.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business details, message, and project materials. Booking an appointment also involves the information requested by Google Calendar. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Website and security information

Our hosting and security services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, dates, and security events, to deliver and protect the website. These operational records are separate from optional advertising and analytics.

For eligible visits, Pontiac receives your IP address and pixel events to build remarketing audiences and associate website activity with advertising. A successful inquiry is recorded separately from a visit. We do not send your form answers, name, email or phone through these pixels. Choices apply to this browser; clearing storage resets them. Embedded YouTube and Google Calendar services have separate privacy practices.

Website analytics and Pontiac advertising measurement are enabled unless you opt out. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps these tags disabled. You can withdraw permission using Privacy choices above. This control does not manage independently loaded YouTube or Google Calendar services.

Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, is used for website statistics unless you opt out. Change this browser choice using Privacy choices above. Rock uses Pontiac advertising pixels through pix.rockadvertisingnh.com to measure eligible website visits and successful inquiries, associate activity with prior ad exposure, and build audiences for follow-up advertising. Pontiac receives IP addresses and pixel-event information. Visitor audience records are retained for up to 180 days after qualifying activity; inquiry exclusion records are configured for 90 days. This does not mean all Pontiac reporting or service records are deleted after those periods. Use Privacy choices to opt out. Previously saved opt-outs and Global Privacy Control are honored. Some pages offer YouTube videos and a Google Calendar booking tool. These services load directly when you open the relevant page or use its playback or booking controls. Google may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email.

Your browser can block or delete cookies. Deleting cookies may clear your saved choices. Blocking Google services may prevent a video or booking tool from loading, but you can still contact Rock directly.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry and project information to respond, arrange appointments, prepare proposals, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect our website and business. Information is processed by the service providers needed for those purposes, such as hosting, security, email, and appointment services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

We do not sell website inquiry information for money. Third-party embedded services have their own data practices, described in their policies. This website policy does not represent that every advertising platform used for a client campaign has the same practices as this website.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, our service relationship, and applicable business and legal recordkeeping requirements. Service providers may maintain their own records under their policies. We use safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit what we can delete. Privacy rights and appeal options depend on the law applicable to your request. If you disagree with our response, contact us to request a review.

Children and external links

Our website promotes business advertising services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. External websites and services linked from this site operate under their own policies.
